Began own freelance consultancy when CME Chicago closed. Work for agencies, printers, web and design studios, and corporate marketing departments; strong financial and direct response experience.

Recently ended nine month assignment with DDB Chicago on their Bloomington-based State Farm ICP team working on StateFarm.com, Knowledge Articles and other new online content.

Supervised all agency direct response creative and interactive, including projects for Heller Financial, Boise Cascade, First Data plus all clients of CME Chicago's allied direct response agency.

Creative Director, Foote, Cone & Belding Direct, Chicago.

Supervised creative group of nine; handled television, radio, print and interactive projects for Fidelity Investments, Abbott Laboratories, Zenith Data Systems, S.C. Johnson and Kraft.


1987-1989
Creative Group Head, Haddon Advertising, Chicago.

Co-supervised creative group of seven at this $45 million direct response agency. Worked on First Chicago Bank, Cash Station, MasterCard, American Express, Metra and Baird & Warner.

Telematrix Videotape Productions,  Indianapolis

Supervised 13-person creative staff at this $30 million agency/production company. Worked on Coca-Cola, Steak 'n Shake, Hook's Drugs, Citizens Gas, First Indiana, International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association, plus direct response TV for Princess House, Blue Lustre, Jewel.

Creative head and partner of $10 million agency. Worked on Ponderosa Steakhouse, Top Value Stamps, Sears regional broadcast, IGA national, Hobart Corporation and Mead Paper.
